Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may arrange the shipment yourself, or we can provide a return label and deduct the cost from your refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
In such cases, we cover the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from returns.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies as personalized, just reach out to us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, items must be in the same condition you received them (unworn or unused), and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs for voluntary cancellations are borne by the customer, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the transaction.
